As the Player Development and Marketing Account Executive (PDME) you will drive and maintain the profitability of our Casino VIP program.

Your responsibilities range from identifying new high value casino guests to retaining loyalty and increasing the frequency of visits from our existing casino VIP players.

You will be responsible for executing customer relationship marketing and sales strategies.

In addition, you will drive marketing initiatives and develop onboard partnerships and alliances to maximize all revenue opportunities.

Career Snapshot:

* Partner with corporate and other external casino reps.

to develop, implement and support marketing programs that deliver growth and support the brand strategy.

* Conducts sales calls to our high value Blue Chip Club guests in an effort to increase the frequency of their cruises.

All efforts will be targeted at driving incremental profitability for our shipboard casino.

* Manages details of BCC Group Sailings including: guest selection, invitation process, stateroom allocation and assignment, onboard amenities, private events, and budgeting of all financial expenditures including stateroom costs.

Will sail on cruise to assist onboard host as necessary.

* Works with Casino Revenue Manager to develop lead generating programs specifically geared to increase the customer base utilizing groups, special events, and player events to increase gaming revenue.

* Evaluates and provides feedback on current as well as new marketing programs to ensure targeted financial performance goals are met.

* Works with Casino Revenue Manager to develop new business through independent representative or casino host networks.

* Works with Casino Revenue Manager to research potential players, regarding credit applications, play history, and general information required by the Blue Chip program.

* Helps to maintain records for casino players including keeping databases updated and functional.

* Manages the daily operation of our internal Blue Chip player program to ensure all guests needs are met. Requirements:

* Minimum of two years Casino Marketing and Casino Event Planning experience

* Must be able to travel 25-30% of working time

* Knowledge of Casino Marketing techniques that generate demand.

* Solid mathematical skills to include casino data analytics

* Superior Communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in a multicultural environment with all levels of customers, employees and management.

* Functional computer skills including email programs, internet programs, casino gaming systems, lodging reservation systems, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word.

Preferences:

* Bachelors degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field
